This is a character from a story I co-write with my good friend Ragdoll82. He's one of my members of the cast, but he's strongly tied to Ragdoll82's Blood character (who I drew my interpretation of earlier). During a tense sequence of events, Cole blew up a room he was still in to try and save Blood from the influence of her (now dead) masters. Whether she needed the help or not is a bit debateable, but he felt he had to. The explosion laced his arm with the debris from a mutagenic weapon, spawning the powers he now has, and that you see starting to express themselves in the image above.

It's not a permanent transformation, and this isn't even the full change he can undergo. Effectively his body sprouts metallic plates out of the original muscle-structure, grows spikes of it, and his body unleashes volatile, crimson energy.

Also, his hair normally falls around his head, but in case my drawing too bad to see it, the energy is pulling *up* on him, so his hair and clothing are rippling upward.

He's not a super-saiyan, no. *laughs*
